Today I’ll be telling you how to make the protein powder, no it’s the smoothie king peanut power plus recipe
So the first thing you’re gonna want to do is add about.
A cup of almond milk
Which if you have a measure, measured out mom weather comes with a thing to measure it out right here, So I know how much to put in it this is a new thing on the milk.
So I need to take the stopper app so you wanna put about, a cup in sometimes I put a little bit more but mainly. I just add a code and then the next thing you add is the protein powder which is 50 grams of protein and this is muscle milk.
It doesn’t matter what you do and you can use no or chocolate. It doesn’t matter. which one there’s no or chocolate not a big huge chocolate flavoured fan please wanna add one scoop
If I get a good scoot once you for that and then you’re going to want to add.
1 Tablespoon of hershey’s cocoa powder
Just like that one tablespoon that’s all that opens I sit there and then they’re gonna want to do it.
2 Tablespoons of peanut butter
Which I might have to dig into my other jar, here let me wipe this thing off donkey cocoa powder. all over me the other jar of peanut butter out you have to be patient with the peanut butter.
Sometimes it takes a while that’s probably annoying to hear that something alright now adds one more tablespoon.
So it adds up to two 1 + 1 = 2 And you’re not going to get the full 2 tablespoons, because the peanut butter gets stuck in there, so just don’t worry about that, it’s going to taste the same that’s done alright.
Next thing is you’re going to want to add your banana. one banana just kind of breaks it up as you put it in there, just like that or so a bit more up here and then the next thing you’re going to want to put in there is rich and sweet dates doesn’t matter.
What you get this is just what I got from the grocery store works, just fine put three in there but you know I got chopped dates so I was kind of put sprinkle. you’re gonna need if you have like a mission code 2 cups with that where’s all of it there.
It has come around here, but I like to do it. I like to start it and once you get that. I start getting on the bottom just kind of press the eyes a little bit to kind of chop up that ice a bit better And once.
You’re done, we’re going to this container accordingly, that you choose which out of this but you can pour it in anything, but yeah that is how I make the peanut power smoothie from Smoothie King.
If this helped you anyway let me know if you like it, I mean how I taste I think it tastes pretty similar in all honesty. I think it tastes pretty Dang close but if you do anything different let me know and I’ll try it out and if there’s any other smoothies I want to make I’ll look it up, do some research and figure out how to make it alright.
